First Time Homebuyers Seminar Held in Waterbury
WATERBURY AND DANBURY, CT, ISSUED JANUARY 24, 2020…The Savings Bank of Danbury will host a First Time Home Buyer’s Seminar on Thursday January 30, 2020 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at their Waterbury branch located at 357 Bank Street.
The event is free and open to the public. The event will feature a guest speaker from the Housing Development Fund. Information will be available on how much individuals can afford to spend on housing, what to look for when shopping for a new home, how to avoid PMI and what to expect after the purchase. Individuals may RSVP at any of the 15 Savings Bank of Danbury locations or by calling 203-744-8718. All attendees will receive $500 off of closing costs.
