Waterbury Branch Mortgage Day

WATERBURY AND DANBURY, CT, ISSUED JANUARY 24, 2020…The Savings Bank of Danbury will host a Mortgage Day on Saturday February 1, 2020 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at their Waterbury branch located at 2084 North Main Street.

The event is free and open to the public and Spanish speaking is available. Walk-ins are welcome and attendees will learn everything they need to know about buying a home. Information will be available on the home-buying process, renting vs. buying, how to apply for a mortgage and when to refinance. All attendees will receive $500 off of closing costs.

The program will be led by Mortgage Loan Originator Michelle Grull and Mortgage Loan Originator Victor Lavoura.
